Create an contact database in MS Access that includes a form showing first name, last name, email, address, city, state, zip, position of interest and notes fields. Form should have a way for the user to pull queries by city and zip and also give them the ability to search the database by each field. a sample template can be found here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010185811033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101426031033, but i don't believe includes the queries and search functionality.
