I am starting a new Holiday Villa Rental Website for properties in Thailand. I need alot of PHP programming to be done, i.e to create a availability /booking/payment/marketing system, and admin systems.
I already have a website working with online payment working (Visa, MC). I will provide the code for payment integration to the site but need a new design with more accounting and admin features.
