Design and Development of elegant home page and inner pages with matching look and feel. 2. Development of website with good specification provided by you, along with back-end admin control panel to enable you to manage the website content. The website content shall be organized and re-organizable under multiple categories and sub-categrories, created as a multi-level tree-hierarchy. Easy to navigate pull down menus and sub-menus will automatically get created based upon categories, sub-categories and links enabled/created by you from the back end admin system. Content shall include and not be limited to, the following topics: • Information about your School – About Us, Mission Statement • Various Courses offered • The Learning/Teaching Methodology • tutors • Course Fees • Information about various qualifications – CIMA, ACCA, IFA, FTA, etc. • Feedback • Home page • Terms & Conditions All pages will be manageable from back-end admin system. I should be able to organize all pages, under multiple pull down menus. You will be able to add any number of new pages and update all existing pages with ease through admin panel. Thus you will not require to spend any money in updating/ maintaining the website. 3. Features that will be provided: • Student Sign-up/Registration, Student personal control panel, Student login, Student transactions in control panel. • Shopping Cart – Checkout – Payment Gateway Integration. Will allow ordering more than one course and multiple items at a time. • Integration with Paypal and other offline payment options (cash, cheque, wire transfer). You will have the option to disable the payment options that you do not want. For instance, if you only want to exercise PAYPAL as the payment option, you can disable the other offline payment options. • Backend student management, order management, Course, Lecture materials & Fee management. • Management of all static pages. Web pages can be of to types – a. Pages that are viewable by all visitors and b. Pages that are viewable only by approved registered students. These pages will show up across various sections of your website only after the visitor is logged in. Other Sub-Systems: 4. Chat Room – Multiple chat rooms organized as per defined chat categories. 5. Newsletter Management system 6. Forum Management system 7. Surveys Management system 8. Contact page with contact-form-to-email. 9. Miscellaneous features like - Recommend Website to friend, Send viewed page by email, Print viewed page, etc. SEO & Promotion: 10. Website will be optimized for better placement with Search Engines 11. Website URL will be submitted to popular search engines. 12. Muti-user backend admin control panel to enable you to manage the entire website, i.e. you will be able to – • Manage entire website and update contents as and when desired. Contents cover all pages, viz. static pages, help articles, news, product pages, etc. • Modify all existing pages. • Remove/Disable an existing page. • Add unlimited number of new links and associated pages as and when required. • Organize your links in multiple pull down menus in a nice tree-like hierarchical organization. • View website statistics to see very detailed statistics of who all are visiting your website, how many visitors are visiting your website every day, etc. We use AwStats, the world leader in website statistics software to display a very detailed statistics about your website. 14. Website will be optimized with high standard of caching technology to enable faster download.
