Description: «Login» to edit the description	We transcribe digital files (take a digital file and type it into a word document). We would need this to be professional in appearance and very secure. We need a program that will allow our customers to upload the digital files to us and then a process to manage these files for their easy access. First, we need this for multiple customers. Probably there would be a CUSTOMER SETUP page for each specific company, which may contain email defaults, etc. Under each customer we need to setup user id’s and passwords and email addresses for users and their managers to have access to their documents. I visualize that when they login, they will be asked for the new folder name. Then they will attach the digital file and it will be placed in that new folder – waiting to be transcribed. [Labeled NEW] Then after the file has been transcribed, the word file will be placed in this new folder and the status of that folder will be changed to FEEDBACK. At that time an email will automatically be generated to notify the user to review their transcript. If there are changes to the document, there would be a little popup for him to enter his changes, example Pg 1, Line 5 make “track” “truck”, etc, and status would be changed to PENDING. If no changes, then status would changed to FINAL, and the attached invoice could be approved for payment or he could print it out or email for payment. These folders (see below) which may contain the digital file, word file, pdf file, exhibits and associated letters need to be maintained on our server indefinitely for the users to access at any time. I visualize these folders to be listed such as a detailed directory listing – File No - Name – Received - Length – Status – Invoice – etc. I would like our customers to access this program from our website. File folders may contain: Digital file (wav, dss, etc) = Name.dss or Name.wav Exhibit file = EX-Name.pdf Log file = L-Name.pdf Letter = D-Name.pdf Word file = Name.rtf Pdf of transcript = Name.pdf
